| This is a good idea. however, it is highly oversimplified, of course, and lacks some really important and cool parts of the brain (pons, midbrain, basal ganglia, anterior and posterior pituitary, superior and inferior colliculi, fornix, red nuclei, internal and external capsules, insula, extreme capsule, cranial nerves 1-12, etc.) Also, the spinal cord, by definition, is not part of the brain. So crack open some neuroanatomy and neurophysiology texts and start work on a more complete version. Also, adding coresponding anatomy (say from a series of MRI images) would really make this a 5-globe effort. Let me know if I can help. Good luck. |
