MSchwartz628 contributed a similar game in 2009, 'MLB Pitchers 100 games over .500'. According to his profile page, he hasn't been on Sporcle since 2010, this is an updated and clickable version, I hope MSchwartz628 doesn't or wouldn't mind, but if so, I will remove it.

It was hearing how close Halladay was that got me thinking about others who've achieved such a remarkable record. Safe to say he'll get there soon and become a permanent fixture on this list.
