| The randomization doesn't seem to be very good so the flags are usually asked in something vaguely close to alphabetical order. (This is particularly pronounced in the US State flags quiz, where it's quite common to get something like New Jersey, New Mexico, something random, New York, North Carolina as a sequence). So, perhaps Canada is more recognized than the USA because it tends to come up earlier in the quiz so there's a chance for people to run out of time before they get asked the USA. |
