Belt? Most pants have draw strings, or a belt that is actually a attached to the pants, making it one piece of equipment. Also, how is tape equipment if it's on the stick? By that logic, the visor would be a separate piece of equipment because it's connected to the helmet. Clever idea for a quiz, though.

jock strap or athletic support for cup. sweater for jersey. knee pads/shin pads usually one piece knee pads should be accepted too.

Tape is in presumably because you would have a roll of tape in your bag. The quiz is "hockey equipment in a player's bag". And cup is not a water bottle, believe me.
