A Governor-General is not really a head of state, but a representative of the monarch (i.e. Queen Elizabeth II) who is the head of state.

I'm not sure it's accurate to say that Egypt has a "chairman"; there's a chairman of the armed forces who's currently serving as de facto head of state, but I think technically he may therefore be "acting president". And carbon_rod is right about the governors-general. Fundamentally, though, this is a really good quiz.

Chancellor is the title of the Head of Government in both Germany and Austria. The Head of State in both countries is the President. While they share the role of Head of State, each of the holders (the Bishop of Urgell and the President of France) are titled Prince, not co-Prince. Albania and Algeria both have Presidents as Head of State.
