Only got 20...in the words of Denis Lemieux, ''you sit in box and you feel shame."

Fun, fun quiz that's a definite challenge to one's spelling.

This puzzle screams out for a "close enough" spelling feature. I think I tried about 10 different ways to spell "Nieuwendyk" and never did get it right.

5 players that scored as redwings, plus a couple others that played for the wings. Makes me proud I tell ya. Interestingly enough one of the greatest goalies ever to play, Roy, gave 3 of these guys their 500th.

i have a little spelling trick when i know the answer, but dont know the spelling. I just open google in a different browser and type in what i think it is, then it usually says "did you mean..." and that is normally the proper spelling

Why isn't Teemu Selänne accepted? It is his real name. I got 17, I'm not so good at hockey knowledge.

As is Brendan Shanahan, who retired just a couple weeks ago.

i think the spelling is the hardest part...it's like when espn covered the japan/south korea world cup game and they had the toughest time pronouncing their names...real awkward like when linda cohn said "bulging d!ck" instead of "bulging disk" live on air

I dont understand what the "achieved" column is supposed to mean?? for example, it says 1996 next to yzerman, he started playing in 1983 and retired in 2006... what is the 1996 Supposed to mean here ?

For those who voted my comment down, see this: http://fi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teemu_Sel%C3%A4nne . Real name should be at least an alternate answer, å, ä and ö are real letters in Finnish.

Spend 5 minutes incorrectly spelling "Dionne" and never actually getiing it right... I think that constitutes as epic FAIL on my part. I feel shame.
