	In #9, "Tarjeta" should be singular. In #19, you have an extra A and two vowels are transposed. In #24, it's "Exhibition", not "Exposition". And #42 is right, but it didn't accept it when I typed it in.

	Episode 51 is out now ("The Death of Tristan Taylor"). And LK tweeted that Episode 52 will be called "Seto Kaiba vs. The World" (which is probably better off as a bonus answer for now, since he said it won't be out until April 30th).
