	Also, I had no idea that there was a city called "Union City". It's more populous than the township simply called "Union", and it's not even in Union County. That just makes no sense.

	Dover? What Dover are you talking about? The only Dover I know is the next town over from me in Morris County, and it's not that big. Wiki says 18,000 pop. What Dover?

	@J: Dover Township has been known as Toms River Township since late 2006 but the source here is the 2000 census, which predates the name change. I assume that Toms River Township in fact includes the former Toms River (which, in 2000 was only a Census-Designated Place) and Dover.

	Stupid metro/non-metro definitions. According to Wikipedia, 266,000 people live in the Atlantic City metro area, which would easily put it in the #2 slot. However, only 35,000 live in the city proper, which means it doesn't even place.

	I've been dreading this state city quiz. I lived in northern Jersey for about three years so I know there is practically no distinction between one "city" and the next. There might as well be only three cities in New Jersey: North Jersey, East Philadelphia, and Down the Shore.

	Union and Union City are two different cities. Union is a city in Union County (near Elizabeth) while Union City is in Hudson County right across from Manhattan (near Jersey City), so 'Union' should not be acceptable for Union City... Sorry for being a stickler!

	I think it's funny that the suburb of Hamilton (yay hometown!) has finally overtaken its parent city Trenton. Also surprised that Atlantic City wasn't on here. I mean, sure it's a pit, but it seems like a fairly sizable pit.

	Dover township changed its name to Toms River a couple years ago. As pointed out, there's already a separate borough with a much smaller population so that might cause confusion.

	I spend my weekends in Jersey and literally NONE of these cities would be seen by someone who goes to the Jersey shore except for Camden. Seriously, if you take either 95 or 676 onto the AC expressway, you won't see any of these... Oh and according to the shirts at the Blink concert on Thursday, Camden is in PA (haha)

	@pat19 and kania: Clearly many people don't get the references in the introduction, which are merely: (1) a reference to a lyric in the Billy Joel song "Allentown" ("Spent their weekends at the Jersey Shore"); and (2) the Springsteen song "Jersey Girl". Anyone who thinks any of the most populated cities in NJ are on the Jersey shore doesn't know much about Jersey! ;-)

	Just to pile on, Dover and Toms River are the same place. I'm currently sitting in Toms River, NJ. It used to be called Dover Township. Both shouldn't be included in the quiz, so there should be a new 20th town.

	The Pennsylvania quiz didn't allow townships (like Upper Darby, Lower Merion, Abington) but this Quiz does: Cherry Hill, Woodbridge, Toms River, Hamilton, Middletown, Gloucester. Since the definition for township is virtually identical for the two states (I spent my 50+ years in PA and NJ), there ought to be some consistency. I think the best choice is to make both quizzes "most populated municipalities".
