It seems like your intention is to list the states in ABC order. If that is the case, New Jersey should come before New York.

Colorado Springs, North Las Vegas, Chula Vista, maybe others. Fun idea but it falls apart when you miss some obvious ones, because you stop thinking so hard when you wonder if you'll be rewarded by the answer actually being there or not.

@Pita: I think the quiz is only for states with the #1 largest city being alliterative with the state.
