	Love it! My initial reaction as I began to take it was that another minute might be in order, but then the fact that they were in alphabetical order repeatedly served as just the nudge I needed to get the right answer. Great, great quiz.

	This is a nice change of pace from the usual baby name games. Some of those "alternate" names might be pretty good too. I think the time was just right - enough time to think for a second and type them in is 4 seconds per clue with no mistakes (unless you are a speed typer).

	I would like to point out that "Olivier" actually does come after "Nicholas" alphabetically...so although it does not count as it is not in the top 100 names, it is a valid option alphabetically...

	@keladry12: You are, of course correct. My apologies. Endeavoring to account for as many alternative answers as I could, I hastily "cut & pasted" a similar explanation for "Javier", and used it for "Olivier" without deleting the notation about alphabetic placement

	My 19yo daughter is named Sophia. We used to call her "Phia" all the time when she was little. She preferred Sophie, though, so we respected that. Xandra isn't bad, since Xander is common for a boy named Alexander. Tory is common for Victoria, so Toria isn't bad. There are some pretty bad ideas on this list, though.

	@aznemesis: Yeah, I grant that many of them would be a stretch. I tried to choose the more "hypothetical" ones so that some might be viable, and others quirky. I ruled out tons of other names, and asked myself, If I had grown up having been given one of those nicknames, would I have made it through grade school and/or high school? Compared to many "real" nicknames I've heard along the way, I hope that none of the ones I have chosen are in any way offensive. I wanted this game to be lighthearted, and it was intended to be just for fun.

	No complaints from me. It was cute. My comment was meant to be more a general comment on how people choose to shorten names. Probably should have used the phrase "would be pretty bad ideas." Some of them I had a hard time coming up with, though.

	Olivier might fit for Vier but it's not ranked #71 on the SSA list.

	@debbiedoesnothin: The name that is ranked #71 on the 2010 SSA rankings is "Xavier," which fits alphabetically and is in the top 100, which is why it is the "correct" answer for the purpose of this game. Nothing against "Olivier," which I actually think is a pretty cool first name.

	To be honest, I really didn't like it. It would have worked better if it had included nicknames that varied a bit more instead of just the last few syllables of the name every time.
