You left out a lot of the Spanish ones, and the titles of King of X country (Italy, Germany, Spain). Should accept Majorca and the Two Sicilies

Very cool. One quibble is the placement into countries. Roussillon is part of modern France - if you're listing more or less by modern country, why is it listed under Spain?

What about "King of the Indies"? He made good that claim, what with Cortes and Pizarro and all. "Cerdagne" didn't seem to work. And I don't think he ever used "King of Spain".
