	Wow. I had no idea there could be so many different kinds of donut/doughnut. Where I grew up there were only ever two varieties: jam or ring. That's it. As far as I know that's still the only choice around here!

	This quiz is all over the board, these aren't so much types of donuts as they are donut terms. The title should be 'can you unscramble the words associated with donuts'

	I know of fasnachts from a friend from Pennsylvania. In the Rust Belt (at least in Detroit), on "Fat Tuesday" we eat paczki, a Polish donut. We also have different names for some of the donuts on this quiz - "old fashioned" we call "sour cream," and we don't have maple (or chocolate) bars, we have longjohns (which are maple or chocolate bars filled with custard or cream). But I know the terms "old fashioned" and "maple bar" from living out here in California. Funny how regional these things are! (And my favorite of all is the maple creme from Tim Horton's - it's like a Boston creme but with maple frosting. Mmmm!)

	An eclair is not a doughnut. It is made from choux pastry, like profiteroles, whereas doughnuts are a baked or fried flour dough. Unless you're referring to a Long John, but that seems to have been covered by 'maple bar'
