	Great quiz with a generally good choice of words. Just a couple of minor comments. To anyone outside the US, Wisconsin holds no relevance to cheese. Maybe replace that with a more globally relevant "cheese place name" like Cheddar or Camembert. Also, although the alternative American spelling doesn't normally make any difference, it can get confusing in a word scramble quiz. Maybe you could replace "moldy" (mouldy) with a word that only has one way of spelling it.

	Hmm... not too bad, but I think there have been way too many word scrambles lately that contain 3-letter words. And it's not like "soy" and "dip" were crucial to figuring out the common theme...

	@GwynE - It's not really a spray, but yeah; it's real. That's what Easy Cheese is. (http://forgetfulrainn.blogspot.com/2009/01/easy-cheese.html) I think Wisconsin is fair game enough (any place name that isn't also the name of a specific cheese would be difficult), but I'm tempted to call shenanigans on "easy." It's not that it's too American, just that it's not cheese.
