| Nitpick: Guadeloupe is not an island, it's the name of the archipelago. Look closely at a map, and you'll see that the main "island" of Guadeloupe is actually two islands, separated by a narrow strait. The western and largest island is called Basse-Terre, while the eastern, smaller one is called Grande-Terre. Other islands of interest in Guadeloupe are the small La Désirade to the east, Marie-Galante to the south, and the small archipelago of Îles des Saintes, south of Basse-Terre. Otherwise a very good quiz, though I'd include Saba and St. Eustatius, as well as all the Virgin Islands, not just St. Croix. |
