	I think Hong Kong should remain a separate answer from China. It's just like with the Olympics, Hong Kong has its own team in international sporting events. Same goes for Puerto Rico, as another example.

	Iroquis national didn't compete. They qualified, but they didn't compete. I'm also fairly certain you got their group wrong, as they are ranked #4 in the world, and they were scheduled to play England first. Germany moved into the blue group to replace them. I don't know why they are in plum.

	Iroquois Nationals qualified for the championships and were listed as participants by FIL, which is why they were included in the quiz. However, they did not actually play due to visa difficulties. All their matches were given as 1-0 walkovers. They were officially moved into the Plum group (as indicated by the source) to give them the best possible opportunity to compete.

	Actually, the Iroquois were moved to the Plum division because the FIL hoped that they would be able to make the competition a day late, and the Plum division started the latest. Iroquois and Germany switched places, as Germany had been placed in the Plum division before the Iroquois passport fiasco. Additionally, although the Blue division are the "higher" division teams (premiere), the other color divisions are not ranked. Each division has established, as well as relatively new teams. SO beyond Blue, one cannot say that (for example) the orange division is the next best.
