quiz is about two minutes too long. Either that, or it should cut you off after too many wrong answers.

I wish my Macbook had the number keypad; could have saved some time. I cut it a little too close! Regardless, thank you once again, Schoolhouse Rock... :-)

how could you not get them all? i am not a fan, but i could see how it could benefit a 7 or 8 year old in a big way. props to sporcle...some should be educational.

Either less time or a limited number of wrong answers. As it is this is ridiculously easy.

yeah if there was ever a quiz that needed a maximum number of wrong guesses it's this one

I'd say knock a minute or so off the timer, limiting the number of errors on this one probably wouldn't be as effective, I mean I got 100% and didn't put in a single wrong answer; it just seems to me that guessing doesn't give you an edge, in fact it probably hurts you.

Knock it down by at least two minutes. Too easy as is, I had 2:30 left and I wasn't going that fast (on a laptop without a keypad - a keypad would have shaved at least a minute off of my time)

Its not that easy for us typers who need to look at the keyboard. I got them all with 1:34 left but its pretty hard when it jumps around and you have to look up look down look up look down 78 times in a short amount of time. Im glad I did this one at night because if i tried it first thing in the AM I probably wouldn't have been able to think that fast

Call me stupid, but I had to say all of these out load. This game also makes me want a full size keyboard.

In elementary school, we took timed tests for addition, subtraction, multiplication (100 problems each) and simple division (25 problems, I think). Students could earn buttons depending on the speed in which they finished. It felt great if you were in the two minute range, but if you lagged behind, it felt awful.

@drza: If that is the case, then less time will only help you increase your typing skills! :)

Don't add a mistake counter. I did this without looking at my keyboard, and hit a lot of wrong numbers. I miss having a number pad. :(

I had a tough time with the time due to my not having a number pad. I still got them all thankfully.

I think over 86% of people getting 100% is a sign that there needs to be a little less time...

Far too easy, and a sad indictment on the education system that people don't get them all!

good quiz and my maths didn't let me down. if ever a quiz was crying out for a 5-strike mistake counter, though, it was this one. also th timer may be a bit long. i'm sure dr kawashima doesn't allow so long in his brain training

I was told there'd be no math. =( didn't realize it was random order at first and was baffled why my 1x1 answer wasn't being accepted. Great googely moogely

Nice quiz. 100% - fairly simple. But a long time since I've done a multiplication test so not quite as easy as I thought it would be. @Bethannie: I suppose you know all the capitals in the world, or all the instruments in the orchestra etc. People are good at different things and besides, which "education system" are you talking about on a website with users from all over the world??

Mmm. I'm not sure of the benefit of this quiz. If you're good at this sort of thing you'll get them all right. If you're not, you probably won't be doing it anyway. I don't think you learn anything from it IMHO :(
