This is a great idea for a quiz - I loved Scrubs. A couple suggestions, if I may, however. The memorable janitor lies is almost impossible to phrase the answers in a way they will be accepted as you have them. The janitor has definitely spoken English. It might be a little over the top to require that the characters' names be typed exactly and in full, e.g., "Chris Turk" or just "Turk" should probably work.

Thanks for the suggestions, I didn't think about how hard it would be to guess the wording I used for the Janitor lies, so I just took them out. The other stuff helped too, and I tried to improve it all.

Good ideas, but why wouldn't "Perry" or "Cox" go and "Perry Cox" would go?

Nice quiz. Not all of the characters in the nickname category actually have nicknames though. Hooch and Mickhead are their actual names on the show. Same with Beardface even though them pronouncing his name wrong is a nickname in its own way.

recurring nicknames character is a bit misleading. I thought at first that it meant reacurring nicknames for the characters, perhaps 'nicknamed' would be better. Only two of them are actually nicknames as well
