As for completeness, I too referenced Yesterland. There are no shows in this quiz; all are classified as former attractions. If you are referencing America Sings and Country Bear Jamboree, those were both considered attractions, as is the Enchanted Tiki Room. Parades, live stage shows, and fireworks shows are considered entertainment.
Fort Wilderness was not an attraction apart from Tom Sawyer's Island, and I'm not sure what you mean by Rafts to Tom Sawyer's Island. They still exist. I excluded overlays, or else I would have to include the Jack Sparrows taking over Pirates, or the Disney characters taking over Small World.
