@mrkonjichris: The problem with cover quizzes, and there have been a lot of them, is that either they use the same clues often, or by their nature, there can be cases where an artist has covered several songs by the same artist. Figment & dxman are both correct. Cocker has several Beatle covers but "Friends" & "Bathroom" are certainly the best known. Similarly The Beatles covered several Chuck Berry songs, including "Kansas City". (It took 30 years for Berry to get the royalties for that song, because everyone assumed The Beatles covered the Wilbert Harrison song of the same name.) And yeah, Mutford is probably correct that k d lang has great love for Leonard Cohen covers too.
But you've got some good choices in there I haven't seen on other "covers" quizzes. Both Monkees tracks, for example, and the Supertramp q.
A couple of other minor corrections. The original Commodores track was just "Easy". No subtitle. But when FNM covered it, they renamed it "I'm Easy". Why? No one knows, but you should allow either title. The Monkees/Murray track lists "Daydream" as one word not two. It doesn't affect gameplay, but people will complain.
Style-wise, always try to maximize the use of space by adjusting the width of your columns. Keep the sizes proportional to the average length of answer. For this quiz, that would set up the Original & Cover Artist at 30% each and 40% for Song Title.
Also, the color scheme isn't very attractive. Try to keep the quiz colors in the same color family. For example, copy the dark blue color code of the Artist columns to the Answer column, then use the intensity slide to make a much lighter shade of blue. There are some great websites that I regularly use for compatible colors. My favorite is http://www.colorsontheweb.com/colorwizard.asp
