Maybe make RAM and ROM the clue and you have to guess the full name.

The last clue isn't specific enough, I'd say. Copy, cut and paste, copy and paste, and move all seem like common computer terms that would apply to your definition. Also, you can use "save as" to save a file that has not previously been saved.
