Maybe add Canada as a bonus, since half of their things are measured imperial units.

the uk also uses Imperial units under certain circumstances like buying unpacked food.

Road signs in the UK are also measured in miles. I'd say UK is more likely to use the imperial system than a metric one.

UK, Canada, and many other countries do officially use the metric system, but with certain designated exceptions, eg (in the UK) road distances (miles) and milk and beer (pints). These three are indeed the only three that don't officially mandate the metric system as the standard.

I live in Canada, and we use the metric system. What are the "designated exceptions" or "half of their things" that are measured in imperial?
