I had a problem with Bayer and Sparta, because I wanted to keep "Bayern" and "Spartak" as answers sufficient to be counted for other clubs- and the problem was that they contain "Bayer" and "Sparta". And it can happen that you don't know the Czech club for example, so it shouldn't be counted just because you knew Spartak, the Russian club. So the only solution I could think of, to make the answers unique but also to not make you write the name of the city (there are not really any other Bayers and Spartas in European competitions), was to add a single letter to both answers, "SpartaP" for Sparta and "BayerL" for Bayer. So they're as long as Spartak and Bayern, but they relate to the other club. So yeah, in some way it doesn't accept the names you write, but it accepts "Bayer L" and "Sparta P", so it still demands knowledge of the full name :-) |
