Could you please accept ninety-two without the hyphen? Great quiz!

Thanks, Leia. But it does accept it without the hyphen. Sporcle always ignores punctuation.

I got the beginning enough to know the song, but completely blanked on the words after the nipping at your nose part... got 51

tcatron565 is right. This is a Christmas song, not a Christmas carol. I still like it!

@gowhere...I don't think that was tcatron's point. I think he just wanted someone to tell him what the answer was. And I realize that technically there's a distinction between Christmas songs and Christmas carols, but colloquially, all Christmas songs are carols.

Hmmm, not to me, I'm afraid. Carols to me have religious connotations, THIS is a Christmas song. When I saw "carol" I tried all sorts of things like Jesus, God, Lord and holy, none of which worked. If it had said "song", the first thing I'd have tried would have been Christmas, followed by Merry.

Typing 92 only fills one of the "ninety-two"s. Great song to pick for a lyrics quiz, but the color scheme hurts my eyes!

I agree with Tess, it's really stretching it to call this song a Christmas carol.

The color scheme makes it hard to see the words.

I always thought it said, "...and every mother's child is going to smile..." I guess I was wrong.

I agree color scheme is not ideal, but come on. It's thematic. And it's not THAT hard to see.

Does it really matter whether the word "carol" is used instead of song? Give me a break! Especially since different people have different ideas of what a "carol" is.

The issue with 92 has been fixed.

I think the word carol does matter when you consider what the title of this is.
