| @RyanBeingManny, this coming from the guy who took the time to correct a quiz by saying the play-in games were played in Akron, even though they're played in Dayton, reliable expert to begin with. First off, poor choice of words when I said academically. I was trying to say that out of all the schedules a team can have in both the professional and college ranks, the Big East is by far the toughest. I wasn't talking about the academics of the individual schools, so no, I'm not delusional. You, on the other hand, are. First you take a one-time incident with the Rutgers game and use that to discriminate against ALL the Big East refs in the conference, pathetic argument. ACC has won 5 of the last 10 titles, congrats, you have Duke and UNC winning 4 of them, real parody there. Yes, Florida St. beat ND on a neutral court this year, good for them. But let's see how they would do playing Pitt 3 days later, then Syracuse 3 days later, then UConn 2 days after that, then Georgetown, then WVU, then Louisville, then ND again, etc., and see if FSU would've made the tourney. It's like having 2 people run a marathon, one gets to walk every other mile, the other can only walk every 7 miles. Who do you think will have more energy at the end to do more? The Big East beats each other up, the ACC is a cake walk for the top teams, you do not know college basketball if you think otherwise. |
