This is really odd...a few years ago, Sioux Falls was rated the safest city to drive in the U.S. http://www.automotto.org/entry/safest-cities-to-drive-in-the-united-states/

Pennsylvania is appropriately represented. Seems like the craziest, fastest, most aggressive drivers everytime I'm there.

I was going to say I was surprised to see that there were no Florida or California cities on this list, but now that I think about it, I'd bet inclement weather has a lot to do with this. Which is why you see relatively small cities in New England and the Midwest.

Really surprised nothing from California or New York made the list, but I guess when a lot of people know the rule is "Yellow means speed up" you tend not to get accidents...
