@ Tubecat: they mean which elements (whole words) can be spelled out using only the combinations of letters that are element symbols (1 or 2 letters). Like Tin can be spelled with titanium (Ti) and nitrogen (N) TiN

Took me a little while to figure out exactly what was going on. But, this is one case where the puzzle of figuring it out is part of the fun! There is something weird going on with the results chart. All but three show up as 0%, even though I got all 12.

the goal isn't to spell random english words, but to spell elements (in english) using only elemental symbols as building blocks. perhaps i should reword the quiz description...
