Please add "in America" into the title. I know the source says it, but I tried St. Andrews and couldn't figure out why it wasn't accepted...

Also, it would be a good idea accept "Brookline" as an alternate answer for the Country Club, and "Kiawah" or "Kiawah Island" for the Ocean Course. Those courses are identified by their locations as much as (and possibly more than) their actual names.
