Surely Spring Valley is an NYC suburb, and not upstate?

It's debatable; Spring Valley is west of the Hudson, which is where some people say upstate begins, but it is down by the city. It's right on the border and I'm thinking about taking it out

I feel I-84 is generally a fair dividing line, with Newburgh being right on the border of upstate/downstate. At least you didn't include Yonkers. That was my first guess. If Yonkers was an answer, I was gonna stop taking the quiz immediately.

It's cute how you think Spring Valley is upstate.
