It's not often you see a quiz where Uzbekistan is the most gotten.

For some reason I was thinking Republic ended in -bic, so couldn't think why you didn't have those ones, but did have some -lic ones I couldn't find. Great quiz anyway.

This was really fun. An interesting way to group them.

Fun quiz, miyomiyo2! I got most of them, but I'm embarrassed about some of the ones I missed (e.g., China and New Zealand).

...and I though I would be so good at this! Quite proud of 50/68 bearing in mind the odd perspective. Love it.

Great quiz! One nitpick: It's The Gambia, not just Gambia.

Since many quizzes accept Burma for Myanmar, maybe Persia can be a bonus answer?

Very interesting, difficult quiz. Some of the countries, like Jamaica, are harder because they're pronounced differently than the others in their group.

This is pretty tough b/c they're not really suffixes, just country endings, so some of the same letter combos produce different sounds. Good quiz.

It's a great game but a little misnamed -- they're just ending letters, not suffixes.

I agree with the people who think the question should be changed since these aren't suffixes, just countries ending with the same three letters. If you were asking for suffixes, you would be asking for things like "-ia," "-land," and "-stan."

cool quiz! i'm of the sentiment too that this should be just touched up a little to make more common endings that come to mind easier e.g. -stan. i just found myself guessing random countries.

Fun quiz. Agree these aren't really suffixes, just last three letters of countries. How about adding Cambodia and Bolivia?

Great, great quiz! I also missed USA of all countries. I hope this one gets published...and I think if you took the suggestion that these really aren't "Suffixes" and called it "common three-letter endings" or something of that sort, it would improve its chances. I just took the common three-letter capital beginning letter quiz too.

Really excellent quiz. I have to say I don't agree with above comments, such as adding siberia or persia. True they're not suffixes, but does it really matter? Excellent quiz!!!

Great quiz! Would love to see this published. But another vote here for changing the title to “common endings”, or something… as joebobs says, it’s not a big issue, and wouldn’t be worth messing with the quiz itself for, but changing the title isn’t a big deal either, so since Sporcle is pretty rife with pedants, might as well make the change!

Okay, you obviously went for three-letter-endings, but the stans even included a distant cousin twice removed with Bhutan this way, so I was pondering over the last "-and" and was sure it was similar, not just another -land. So "New Zealand" - bah, can't be it, is another land... Sporclitis=Overthinking.

I normally think of the the US as the United States, but enetered 'America' in case the quiz was looking for that instead in the 'ica' endings... doh!

It is blatantly clear by the results page that Sporclers are well-trained on their -stans.
