cut the time down--this is one of those "you know it or you don't" quizzes, so two minutes should be plenty. Also, accept aspartate and glutamate for D and E

As someone who has to use these rather often, I'd like to see 'aspartate' and 'glutamate' accepted for aspartic acid and glutamic acid. It also seems very strange that you accept these two immediately without someone typing 'acid' either. I've never known anyone to refer to them like that.

Answering these in the same order every time makes it easier to pass this quiz without really knowing them, because you just answer in the same order every time. I'm just saying, if it jumped around, it would be harder and better for learning. Great quiz though, one of my favorites.

I like the distribution for this quiz. It's pretty clear that most of people who take it are those who know they know all of the answers.
