I've tried to avoid repeating cities, but naturally there are a few. Also there is the problem of actual name versus English name, I've tried to use the most common variant for all cities.
The number in the box on the left is, of course, the city's population (in millions).
NOTE: Since New Delhi, the Indian capital is within the agglomeration of Delhi, Delhi is not included in the non-capital section (or anywhere else in this quiz, for that matter). NOTE 2: For the purposes, of this quiz, countries with no land borders are considered island countries. For example; Indonesia is not an island nation as it borders with Papua New Guinea, East Timor, and Malaysia.
