I actually love that you required *both names* for Lovecraft, Card and Poe (and that you have it as "Allan," too, it's really annoying how so many people get it wrong), because if you know them you know their two names. And to those complaining about that: they are well-known by both their first and middle names, not only their first one. That's precisely the reason why only "Madonna" is required, because she's only known professionally by that name and not "Madonna Louise." Right?
