aka "List Philip Rivers and 9 NFL busts"

@bbf2: In fairness, I'm pretty sure a bust has to be somebody that people expect to be good. I'm fairly certain Rivers was the only first round pick in here (he could very well be the only first day pick). But let's not knock these guys: they spent their college careers throwing so often so that they could build up the necessary strength to hold a clipboard for three hours at a time.

I don't think Harrell has even made the NFL, so yes, he's a bust. I think all of these except Rivers are to some degree system QBs, although Kolb is young and probably pretty good, and could have a good career, and I think a few of the others have had decent, not great, careers as journeyman NFL QBs. System or not, if various NFL teams keep signing you and putting you out there, you're not all bad.

Detmer, Redman, Rattay and McCown are or were journeymen. I dont think Chang, Kingsbury or Harrell ever made an NFL roster. As an Eagles fan I hope to hell Kolb isnt a bust.
