#26 is Genie (or genie of the Lamp) not Aladdin. Aladdin is the "street rat" human that finds the lamp.

her name isn't "beauty", it's belle. "beauty" could be an alternate I guess, but it shouldn't be the original answer

Pretty easy.... I only needed 46 seconds. Perhaps cut it down to 2 or even 1 minute on the timer?

i wonder why you chose to be so narrow in your scope (using both peter pan and tinkerbell, simba and scar, lilo and stitch, etc.) when the disney canon is so large.

Not really zoomed in all that far on most, although Tigger got. I thought he was Sheer Khan. Much less scary.

in fair respect, good quiz , BUT it was kinda hard and i think some spelling problemz are in there (jus critiisism), but for user-made it musta took effort, but it is actually good, so i give 3 starts. :)

Triton should be excepted for "king triton" I know he is a king and is refered to by his subjcts as king but in the cast list on Disney it is only credited as Triton. Other then that I would

This had so much potential to be so good, but it was too zoomed out, too easy, and too common and related of characters. I'd love it if you did a second version with really zoomed in pics of a broader range of characters. It'd be way better.

You know, for a "close-up" quiz, the pictures weren't very close up.

I agree with the above comments. I think we should be seeing only stuff like Pocahontas's lips, Daisy's eyelid, and Triton's sexy chest.

I thought Zeus was pegasus! Same horsey theme.... Is that really how the Hunchback's gypsy is spelled? I'd have bet a lot it ended with "elda." hmmmph.

@andresg770: Me too -- a big, angry eye, so I guessed Monstro the whale from Pinocchio. Also, no matter how many times I see his name I can never remember Meeko. I can only ever remember the dog (Percy) and the Hummingbird (Flit) from Pocahontas.

Good idea, could have used more variety as far as which films the characters were pulled from.

waster of time. way too easy. also Esmeralda is spelled 2 ways and if I can type just "duck" and get both Daisy and Donald to pop, or "Triton", or "Pan", etc....both her spellings should be recognized.

@ Propellerhead: Me too. I got 27 of them in a minute and a half, and then spent another 45 seconds thinking that My Little Pony wasn't a Disney character before I got #2. I agree with those who said the close-ups could have been a little bit closer to provide more of a challenge, but I still enjoyed this quiz.

Good quiz, but it wasn't very challenging because you practically had the characters whole face apart from a few like dumbo.

I wish Sporcle would come up with a way to accept an answer that isn't spelled exactly right. I entered Pocahantas, but that wasn't accepted. Really? There's not a piece of software somewhere that would recognize that the answer is correct even with slight spelling errors?

@sheaters, how is it Sporcle's job to find spell-checking software? Anyway, Chrome has a pretty good spell-checking feature.

Very good quiz, very easy. Next time, though, you should do more minor characters.

I agree that it was probably too easy. And I don't know why spelling shouldn't count. If Esmeralda is spelled "Esmeralda" for the Disney film, then that's how it should be accepted for the quiz. We're growing far too dependent upon spell-checking software in the U.S. I teach university students who can barely spell "university," and that hurts.

So who's running around playing downvote fairy today and hitting all the people making simple comments about the (welcome) challenges presented by the quiz? (note: I am NOT defending comments like those of biwwy)
