| Remember the tallest building is not necessarily the one with the most floors - 3 countries should be added to this list: Thailand has Baiyoke Tower II with 85 floors; Singapore has Swissôtel The Stamford at 73 floors and Marina Bay Tower at 70 floors; Panama has Ocean Two at 73 floors - it is suspect to include North Korea because its sole building fitting this criteria, the Ryugyong Hotel, is under construction and the convention is not to include a building for height statistics until it is finished (perhaps make it a bonus) - if you are looking for a source to add try the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitats (http://www.ctbuh.org) and SkyscaperPage.com which has an option to sort buildings by a number of criteria including floor count (http://skyscraperpage.com/diagrams) |
