There are other rivers, such as the Bronx, the only freshwater river, which also flow inside the city. One could do a quiz just on the bodies of water in and around NYC.
Finally, Times Square is not the central square of the city. New York does not have one, but if it did it would be the park in front of City Hall, in lower Manhattan. Times Square is simply a popular destination and intersection, similar to Herald Square, or Madison Square, or Union Square, or Grand Army Plaza, etc. |
