Gnocchi can also be made with flour, spinach, etc. suggest you say Round, often made with potatoes.

"If this isn't for a separate audience then you need to be more descriptive: "Stringy pasta" could be capelli d'angelo and many others. "Round, made with potatoes" could also refer to pierogis. "Tubes" could also be zitti or even rigatoni "Flat, stringy pasta" could also be as "jdye99" said, "fetticune"."
