Please accept Kim and Chiang, as those were their surnames, and more spellings for Qaddafi. Also, for some reason Kim displays as "Kim II Sung," even though it accepts the actual spelling.

Surely "China" should be listed as well as Taiwan for Chiang, given that he ruled China for the first 21 years (and Taiwan only for the last 30)

Also, I'm not sure it makes sense to call Biya the leader of Cameroon from 1975 - President Ahidjo was the leader until 1982; Biya was his deputy.

@adhair: OK I'll accept more spellings for Gaddafi. I'll also accept KIM and CHIANG. Kim il Sung is sometimes written Kim II Sung.

@johnlk: I'm not sure about it either. My reference is "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_longest_ruling_non-royal_leaders". You can check it yourself.
