Hi there. Would you mind enhancing the colors just a little bit to make it more vibrant? Then I could nominate you for a curator pick. :)

@beforever, I went ahead and made some color changes, but I am not a very good judge of aesthetics, let me know if it should be changed again. I've also reviewed the data and adjusted Cardialectomy to Cardiectomy since that seems to be the proper word. It can also mean excision of the cardiac section of the stomach but I'm not sure if I should include that as an answer since Cardiactomy another spelling of that procedure. I've also added one or two other alternates to some other answers.

@mfgmfg, thanks so much for doing the colors, it looks really good now! I've nominated you in both the Anatomy and Vocabulary subcategories because your quiz fits right into both. I would include the stomach's cardiac section as an answer. You can format the data like this: "heart|cardiac stomach/heart/stomach" and it'll accept 'heart' and 'stomach'. About alternative answers in general, I think any annoyed quiz player will check these comments anyway. So I wouldn't worry too much about it since you seem to respond quickly and are open to feedback.

A lot of Sporcle quizzes make me feel like I've had an Encephalectomy. 5/5!

Please accept testis, which is the singular for testes. Because some people, like Hitler, only have one ball.

Quiz seems broken. It's not accepting "manhood" for Vasectomy.

I was thinking Orchidectomy had something to do with gardening and flowers. Now I know better if someone suggests it in the future. Thanks, Sporcle!

"Oop" for oophorectomy and oops. The former stood between me and full marks, but after oviducts and Fallopian tubes I ran out of sensible answers. Oops!

Excellent quiz. I especially enjoyed that it accepted the correct plural of vas deferens. Kudos.

I'm kind of surprised cholecystectomy is so far down. It's one of the most commonly performed surgeries.

@maryliz: both those terms are acceptable and synonymous. On a side note, the quiz should accept "ductus deferens" because that is the non-eponymous name of that body part.

@AracleMiraz: Yes, that's where I first heard the term too :) @mfgmfg: Great quiz! You could shorten the time a bit if you wanted to. I'm now sitting here pondering how much it would hurt to have your tongue removed...

I question why you're accepting 'head' for craniectomy. Removing someone's head is not a surgical procedure, it's a form of execution.

@Zak6009: Properly, "gonad" is defined as an organ that produces gametes, so this term applies to both testes and ovaries. Because it isn't specific, I agree with the author's decision not to accept this term.

Seems weird that is accepts 'boob' but doesn't accept 'tit,' 'titty,' 'hooter,' 'knocker,' 'jug,' 'honker,' 'booby,' 'breasticle,' or other similar slangs.
