Can't see the stats for this quiz, it says it has been taken 0 times, and doesn't list the percentage correct for each answer

Prevalent. Not "prevelant", PREVALENT. Like, they "prevail" in Mexico over other foreign-borns.

Of course. The only country I didn't get was the single Central American country I didn't try.

um, guys, its not where mexicans are living now. its the people who are currently living in mexico, but were born in a different country. i can't imagine there are many mexicans in germany, but apparently there are a fair few germans in mexico

@epicfatality18: The southern half of Italy has historically been very poor with poor soil and growing conditions. The country isn't all Rome and Florence. And I would bet it is less expensive to move over and try to start in Mexico than to try to break into the significantly wealthier north.

~450,000 out of 108 million... it seems like a fairly low ratio, but it's actually higher than Brazil's was in 2005 (641,000 out of 186,000), which kind of surprises me.

Spelling errors in titles are very annoying, especially if they've apparently lasted this long as to still exist on a published game that's been posted for at least 13 hours. (Prevalent)

Samsung has a huge factory in Tijuana. I imagine a large number of Korean nationals living in Mexico are employed by either Samsung, LG or one of the Korean oil and gas companies investing in Mexico. 2100 people is not a lot when you consider there are over 8000 Koreans living here in Austin, Texas, a city of barely one million people.

@Havok3595: There aren't many Italians who have moved to Mexico, where they don't speak the language, for a better life. Most of the non Spanish speaking residents of Mexico are short stay contract workers with multinational corporations or work for embassies or do charity/religious work. The rest are mostly ex-pat retirees.

EARTHQUAKE HITS MEXICO An earthquake measuring 8.5 hit Mexico last Monday. 50,000 were reported dead and 250,000 homeless. England has pledged to send $100m in aid, France is sending rescue workers. For its part the U.S. is sending 50,000 replacement Mexicans.
