| Why is my comment -1? It's goddam true, the quiz doesn't make any sense. The implication of "since Joe Montana retired" is that Montana was a standard of excellence and stability at the position and that since he retired, there's been mediocrity, awfulness and instability. In fact, relatively speaking, there's been little of that in SF until the past few seasons. This is not "Cubs third basemen since Ron Santo", here. The quiz would make much more sense if it were simply about 49ers QBs since the beginning. You can't even spin it as "Well it's only about modern era QBs, that's the point of it, it's about the QBs people know", because then why not include Montana, who everyone knows?
So it's a stupid quiz. Keep voting my comments down. The quiz will still remain stupid. |
