May be a stretch, but Tyreke Evans led the Kings with like 20 ppg 5 apg and 5 rpg. Only other players to that were LeBron and MJ, so he might be worth consideration. His team may have been rubbish, but then so was Blakes.

As the game says, the list is from Sports Illustrated. Olajuwon and Iverson each had great rookie seasons but if you are gong to argue for either's inclusion, you should say who on this list gets bumped. This list is not ranked but appears to be in reverse chronological order.
