Western Sahara's capital is disputed. The de jure capital is El Aaiún, but it is located in Morocco controlled territory. Bir Lehlou is the temporary capital, but the government itself resides in the Tindouf camps in Algeria. Tifariti has also been proposed as a new provisional capital.
So while it's not entirely clear where the Sahrawi goverment is meant to be, they do indeed have a capital. If you insist on keeping 'none' as the only answer, at least have the above cities as acceptable answers. |
