On different phone there are different things. All of the letters are correct but on my phone on the * it has a + and shift and on the # it has vibrate and space. The zero is not space it is next. The one is not nothing it has the voicemail symbol and it has the @ on it.

a lot of times '0' is designated as 'OPER' for operator on older phones. although thats usually on phones that don't have texting capability

on my phone the 1 is all of the symbols @ ! ? < > ) ( & % etc
