Not very many surprises on this list. I didn't know many Italians were still coming to New York City. I was a little surprised with Guyana and maybe Ecuador. But I think Puerto Rico should be a bonus somehow, even though it is part of the US.

I made this quiz a while back, but the good folks at sporcle told me that I had contributed too many mediocre quizzes for one month...so I had to wait until Nov. 1 to get this out.

After typing in nearly every Central and South American country, including most of the Caribbean islands, I decided to move on to the rest of the world because countries like Guyana were too small. Sigh.

That's about a quarter of the total Guyanian (?) population.

New York has the second-largest Guyanian population for any city in the world, behind Georgetown. Probably coincidence, but both New York and the first Guyanian colony were founded by the Dutch...

It's Guyanese, not Guyanian.

You should put in the top 20 or top 30, not just the top 10.
