its 10:30 of Sep. 21st, 2011 right now. but it says that it's Sep 22nd, 2011 at 02:30 GMT bcz EST -> GMT = +4 hrs! So it's the 21st here, but over in Britain and other countries its already the 22nd. but ya they do it in army time.
