| @raggedyanne (last archived comment): if you want to see those things, go to the Wikipedia page "List of sovereign states", click "Esperanto" in the language column at the left and you'll see Venezuelo, Malto, Israelo, Brazilo, Meksiko (Houyhnhnm, three comments above, wasn't too off the target), etc. etc. In Esperanto nearly all country names end in -o because all singular nouns end in -o. (You'll see some ending in -j, but it's because they are plural, e.g. Filipinoj [Philippines]). |
