	Great idea for a quiz! A couple of requests for alternates: (1) could you accept pipeweed (with variations: pipe weed, pipe-weed) for halflings' leaf? I think the plant is referred to that way as often as not. and maybe even tobacco? (2) how about accepting evermind for simbelmyne? I never managed to spell simbelmyne and evermind didn't work, which was a little frustrating. And while we're at it, think about adding mallorn -- it's important enough to the story to be included.

	Sam named his daughter "Elanor" after the "little golden flower in the grass of Lothlorien". That's a whole lot easier to remember than simbelmyne. And you left out the "saxifrages". When I was reading LOTR aloud to my son, whenever I got to "saxifrages" in a descriptive passage, he said "Another botany lesson from JRRT".

	@slamb: The tree is the White Tree of Gondor regardless of whether it's dead or not. They wouldn't even burn it when they uprooted it, because they wanted to show respect so much!
