I agree with the above comments. I'd also suggest removing the two non-unique answers (D..I, I..D and N..S, S..N). If you're going to include non-unique answers, you should probably include all of them, not just two. There are others in addition to the ones you mention in your comments; I just checked.

good quiz, but very tough. Consider accepting individual countries. I'd get the first country in a pair, my mind would wander to a different pair then back to the first, I'd get the second country -- only to find I'd forgotten the first one. Yeah, I'm a bird-brain. Surely my condition is covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act. :)
