@lukebradford Where is "Werner Klemperer?" :)
Um, I'm pretty sure you have to accept "SONG OF SOLOMON" for the bible book, as I kept typing that over and over, and I laughed out loud when I saw you accepted good food. Other than that things are great, and I would probably have to get rid of "word of honor" because it only has matching vowels in one country.

Song of Solomon is great! And I will drop "word of hono(u)r." Thanks!

Very nice quiz! Can you accept these? asthmatic attack; While My Guitar Gently Weeps; Everybody's Got Something to Hide Except Me and My Monkey. (I was sure that last would work -- 8 e's and 5 o's!)

oh, one more thing: think about cutting down the time to 15 mins, or even 12.

@beth61 - All these answers have only one vowel, which is why the answers you've mentioned don't work. I had the time at 15 and increased it to 20 due to early feedback but I'm definitely open to changing that if other people agree.

Great quiz. 'Santa Ana' is another pretty big city in SoCal. There are also a few Japanese names that you could add in, like the Nobel Laureate 'Kawabata,' the 'Kanagawa' prefecture, etc.

@cthulhu - Added Santa Ana as an alternative. A and E are pretty heavy so I think I'll leave them be.

Poor Renée Zellweger. Six 'E's but disqualified on account of a diacritical mark?

Macaroni has an "i" in it. The only thing I know about Fleet Street, is that Sweeney Todd lived there.

There must be 4 of the vowel...red pepper has 3.

True. And I can't see "Green peppers" quite qualifying as an ingredient. Side dish, yes, ingredient, no.

Could you possibly add "needled trees" or "needle trees" for the tree clue? I ultimately got it right, but was stuck on it for awhile, thinking, "But those ARE needled trees!"

I'm having trouble with Y being on here seeing as, you know, it's not a vowel. I know people like to say it's an "extra vowel" or something but I'm pretty sure it's just so snobs can say there's a vowel in everything.

Chest freezer as an alternative to deep freeze? @bigpapi: There's no problem with the Y being a vowel in the context of this answer (all 4 times).

I think abrakadabra should also probably be accepted, I think that's a common way to spell the word. Also wouldn't alakazam be acceptable as well?

@Koltrane, xardo007:
Remember, it doesn't just have to have 4 of the particular vowel, it also has to have no OTHER vowels.

I tried both "freezer chest" and "deep freezer" for "cold box." I must have typed too fast as it didn't register deep freeze before I typed the "r". Anyways... both seem legit.

"Voodoo doll" has 5 o's. "Voodoo" however has only 4 if you want to work that in there.
